California Task Force 3 (CA-TF3) Emeritus Status
California Task Force 3 (CA-TF3) Emeritus Status
The FEMA National Urban Search and Rescue Response System (System) was established in 1989 and has evolved into a robust national disaster response program with twenty-eight Task Forces participating from nineteen states. The Menlo Park Fire Protection District is the Sponsoring Agency for one of the twenty-eight Task Forces but could not support California Task Force 3 without the full support of our Participating Agencies.
While all of our agencies are important, the secret to the success of California Task Force 3 is it’s people. While all of the members of our Task Force drive innovation, provide essential support, transform resources into valuable services, enrich lives through relationships, creativity, and collective progress, there are a select few that far exceed our team’s baseline.
Because of the work of these members, be it known that they shall be duly recognised and honored forevermore with
CALIFORNIA TASK FORCE 3 EMERITUS STATUS.
